**Purpose**:
We are looking to strength the Regional Client Services Team assigning a Business Excellence Analyst, to assist, gather, interpret and analyze data and information. Also to submit updates and reports to the relevant areas and management.
**Main responsabilities**:
The Business Excellence Analyst will be responsible for the assistance on the management and development of new projects once data collection, research and analysis are executed. Duties include active research to design new projects and to prepare and present new ideas to improve current processes which impact the business.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or similar degree from a four-year college or equivalent.
- Advance English

- Previous experience in similar work
- Ability to work as part of an international team’s member
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
- Recognizing shortcomings and being able to come up with and carry out solutions.
- Thorough and attentive to detail and strong decision
