**TALENT ACQUISITION ANALYST - IT Recruiter Sr - Join us**

- **Tu día a día**:

- Liderar las búsquedas en procesos end-to-end de demanda de Axxon (90% IT Operations(10% Staff): Strategical sourcing, Interviewing, Offer negotiation.
- Participar de Planeamientos de sprint, Daily meetings y Retrospectivas de equipo en pos de tener un proceso radicalmente colaborativo de las búsquedas, sus status, novedades y posibles desafíos.
- Participar de proyectos de marca empleadora, influenciamiento en redes, gestion de canales de comunicación internos entorno al area de Talent Acquisition.
- **Sobre vos**:

- Experiência 4+ años en areas de reclutamiento y seleccion en la industria del software (Consultoria o producto)
- Inglés: Upper Intermediate (First Certificate and above)
- Ganas de ser un/a rockstar e implementar prácticas poco ortodoxas dentro del area orientadas a la mejora continua de las experiência de sus involucrados/as.
- Mente con hambre de creatividad, pensamiento estrategico y analítico. Autoorganizacion
- Fuertes skills de sourcing estratégico y actitud de resolución de desafíos.
