**Responsibilities**:
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data, including employee demographics, performance metrics, turnover rates, compensation, and training data.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure HR effectiveness.
- Create insightful and actionable reports and dashboards to communicate findings to HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Data Quality and Management**:
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across HR systems and databases.
- Implement data cleaning and validation processes to maintain data quality.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata to document data definitions and sources.
- **HR Process Improvement**:
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support HR projects by providing data-driven insights and analysis.
- **Data Visualization**:
- Create compelling data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate complex data insights to various audiences.
- Utilize data visualization tools to create interactive and engaging reports.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR data analysis or a related field.
- Ability to communicate in fluent U.S. English in a business setting
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, ADP, Looker, Python, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, and industry best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data integration.
- Knowledge of HR analytics methodologies and frameworks is heavily desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
