**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of client-facing experience in the online advertising industry (i.e., advertising agencies, ad networks, advertising technology companies or technical account management).
- Experience in sales management and digital media products and services.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently, to engage with clients in the region.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies, especially with Google Ads Solutions.
- Understanding of Big Data, AI and business intelligence market trends.
- Ability to work towards strategic goals in a fast-paced environment and proven dedication to client services.
- Excellent leadership, influencing, organizational, communication, people management and teamwork skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
- Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate advanced value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
- Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, handle objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.
- Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
- Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
