As a Workday Reporting & Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our 100+ Americas AMS clients transform their Workday experience through the revision and creation of Workday reports and analytical tools based on both customer requirements and our own capability best practices.

You will work as part of a delivery team responsible for cases for customers of all sizes, across multiple industries. You will quickly become a specialist within your field, providing mentorship and oversight to more junior team members.

You will join the team with a desire to learn in the following areas: Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reporting, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Slides and Worksheets. This role is vital in transforming customers’ Workday data into information that can drive their business decisions.

Training will be provided for the role. Applicants should possess a Workday HCM or Financials Certification and 2+ years of Workday experience.

**As a Workday Reporting & Analytics Consultant,**you’ll** have the opportunity to**:

- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand needs
- Develop reporting solutions varying in complexity
- Design, configure, test, validate and migrate reports for clients
- Build relationships with our client base of 100+ clients
- Contribute to internal Reporting & Analytics goals and initiatives
- Work closely with other Reporting Consultants to configure unique solutions
- Maintain your Workday Certifications
- Gain knowledge in new Reporting & Analytics features

**Requirements**:

- Workday HCM or Financials Certification
- Workday Reporting Certification is desirable
- Experience in configuring Calculated Fields
- Experience in Advanced and Matrix Reporting
- Strong understanding of the Reporting Model in Workday
- Excellent customer focus, able to build relationships and manage customer expectations
- Able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact and credibility
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize work based on SLA and case complexity
- Ability to escalate when unable to balance working demands
