**Please note: We are not hiring career freelancers for this role. We are looking for a dedicated designer who will focus on this position full-time.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually compelling hero images for our products on Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, and similar platforms.
- Create product packaging designs (experience required).
- Design product inserts that align with brand guidelines.
- Create new hero images for A/B testing to improve conversions.
- Stay up to date with trends in e-commerce visuals and ensure our designs remain competitive and engaging.
- Edit and optimize images for digital platforms while ensuring quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver creative design solutions efficiently.
- Maintain a consistent brand image and style across all visuals.
- Quickly turn around designs with mínimal guidance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of e-commerce experience, specifically in creating hero images and infographics that showcase product features and benefits.
- Proven experience in product packaging design and creating product inserts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and brand strategy.
- Experience with A/B testing of hero images and using data to improve conversions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills for receiving and providing constructive feedback.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: $766,000.00 - $1,100,000.00 per month
