We are looking for motivated, experienced and high-achieving Video Editor & Designer to help scale the awesome DTC brands we work with by producing a high volume of high quality performance creative that converts.

This role will directly collaborate with multiple departments, primarily our full service ads management department and our social commerce department.

**This is a remote position.**

**Responsibilities**
- Create engaging video content and graphic designs across various platforms that drive purchases
- Utilize AI tools to enhance design quality and maximize output.
- Collaborate with a fast-moving, agile team of top talent.
- Stay on the cutting edge of what's new in creative psychology and consumer behavior.
- Work closely with major brands, executing at the highest levels of social commerce.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in both video and graphic design.
- Agency experience is a must.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design and video production.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-skill environments.
- A deep understanding of the latest trends in social commerce and creative strategies.
