**Job Title**: HR Manager & Global Talent Acquisition Lead
**Location**: Remote (LATAM preferred)

**The Role**
As our HR Manager & Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be the engine behind our people strategy. You’ll manage the full spectrum of HR functions—from onboarding and performance management to culture-building—and lead our international recruitment efforts, with a particular focus on sourcing elite talent from the US, LATAM, and Eastern Europe. Whether it’s recruiting executive assistants, supply chain experts, or technical professionals, you’ll be on the front lines, finding the perfect fit for every role.
**Your Impact**:
- **End-to-End HR**: Manage performance, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- **Global Hiring**: Source elite remote talent in the US, LATAM, and Eastern Europe—from executive assistants to technical roles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and business objectives.
- **Process Builder**: Develop and streamline internal HR and recruitment processes.
- **Culture Champion**: Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and proactive work environment where your ideas truly matter.
- **Adaptable Leader**: Wear multiple hats, adjust quickly to evolving business needs, and solve problems with mínimal hand-holding.
**Who You Are**:
- **Experienced & Resourceful**: Proven HR/recruitment track record in startup or fast-paced settings, with demonstrated in hiring remote talent, especially from the US, LATAM, and/or Eastern Europe across multiple functions.
- **Organized & Detail-Oriented**: Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- **Culturally Aligned**: Bright, engaging personality that fits our fun, core values-driven culture.
- **Growth-Minded**: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and ready to scale with the company and tackle new challenges head-on.
- **Flexible to World Cultures**: You’re speak English fluently and understand the various cultures from which you’ll be interacting with.
**Nice to Have**:
