Importante empresa Agroindustrial se encuentra en búsqueda de un HR Manager para sumar a su equipo.

**Requisitos**:

- Grado académico con estudios de tercer nível en áreas afines como Relaciones Industriales, Psicología y Administración de RH,
- Ideal experiência en área AgroIndustrial
- Experiência de 5 o más años en Gerencia de RH
- Fuertes competencias de liderazgo, orientación a objetivos, trabajo en equipo, gestor de cambios.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar y dirigir todo el proceso de búsqueda y selección de personal.
- Ingreso y capacitación al personal contratado.
- Llevar a cabo en forma personal los procesos de selección de gerentes claves de la empresa.
- Revisar permanentemente la Política de RRHH de la empresa.
- Realizar reportes constantes acerca del clima laboral en las diferentes oficinas a nível mundial, y definir acciones estratégicas de mejora.
- Asistir al Director Ejecutivo en la Revisión y mejora permanente de la Organización Operacional de la Empresa.
- Llevar a cabo la evaluación semestral de performance
