**Property Manager Assistant (Remote - LATAM)**:
Representing a fast-growing home remodeling franchise based in South Florida, Latino Legends is searching for a bilingual Property Manager Assistant to support day-to-day residential leasing operations. This is a full-time remote role for highly organized, proactive professionals with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

**Schedule & Compensation**:

- **Hours**: Monday - Friday | **8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST**

- **Compensation**:USD $1,500/month**

**Requirements**:

- Spanish **and** English proficiency

- Must have own equipment:

- Computer/laptop
- Headset with microphone
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Uninterrupted power source

- Private, designated workspace free from interruptions/distractions

- Highly proactive, self-motivated, organized, and clear communicator

**Role Overview**:
The Property Manager Assistant will provide operational, administrative, and tenant-facing support to ensure seamless property management processes across a residential portfolio. This role requires professionalism, follow-through, excellent documentation practices, and strong interpersonal skills when working with tenants, vendors, and internal staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend and support tenant interviews, participate in selection/decision process

- Prepare, coordinate, and track lease agreements and renewals

- Ensure timely and efficient move-in/move-out processes

- Prepare, manage, and organize documentation including:

- Lease and renewal agreements
- Move-in/move-out walkthroughs
- Notices and legal correspondence
- Security deposit claims/refunds
- Section 8 package coordination

- Maintain organized digital resident files and property documents

- Maintain daily communication with tenants; respond to concerns or requests

- Enforce community rules and ensure tenant compliance

- Engage tenants to maintain low accounts receivables
- Follow up on payments
- Process collection notices

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance repair requests and renovations

- Monitor upcoming lease expirations and follow up renewals to maintain maximum occupancy
