Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Property Development Manager to join our team remotely, from Argentina.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and independent Property Development Manager (Civil Engineer) with a strong background in real estate development, property conversions, construction coordination, and project oversight. The ideal candidate must bring hands-on experience, not only academic knowledge. We need someone who has already worked with residential or commercial properties in Europe or LATAM, understands real estate regulations, conversions, renovations, and development processes, and can operate with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time, fully remote role for candidates based in Argentina, working closely with our European real estate portfolio.

Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Development & Technical Management

• Oversee and support development and conversion projects for properties in Europe and LATAM.
• Analyze and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, technical reports, and property surveys.
• Evaluate feasibility, cost, timelines, and construction methods for renovation and development projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities.
• Ensure all works comply with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Identify potential issues early and propose effective solutions based on experience

Project Oversight & Execution

• Lead project timelines from planning to completion with autonomy.
• Ensure deliverables, schedules, and budgets are met.
• Provide weekly technical reporting to management.
• Review and validate contractor proposals, quotations, and scope of work.
• Supervise documentation, permits, approvals, and property files.

Documentation & System Organization

• Organize all technical files, plans, permits, and property documents in Drive/Notion.
• Create and maintain structured development templates, processes, and workflows.
• Build a clear property development map for internal use.
• Reduce operational time by standardizing documentation and improving accessibility.

• Google Workspace (Google Docs & Google Sheets)
• Google Workspace productivity tools

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with management to plan future developments.
• Coordinate with multiple departments based on real estate needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English at all times.

Required Experience & QualificationsMandatory Requirements (No Exceptions):

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably:
• Civil Engineering (strongly preferred)
• Architecture
• Construction Engineering
• Structural Engineering
• Industrial Engineering (with construction/project experience)
• Minimum 1.5 – 5 years of proven experience in property development, construction supervision, renovations, or real estate projects in Europe or LATAM.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, structural drawings, surveys, and technical documentation.
• Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
• Strong project management skills with ability to work independently and make technical decisions.
• High attention to detail, excellent organization, and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience using digital tools such as Notion, Drive, Trello, or project management platforms.
• Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken).
