**Who We Are**:
We are hiring for a Licensing Specialist with Oracle Licensing experience to join our high performing Licensing team. You will bring your expertise and hands-on understanding of Oracle Licensing to our growing team.
**What You Will Do**:
- Support the Cintra sales team by conducting Oracle software usage analysis and delivering Oracle license reports
- Handle engagements to ensure project delivery plans are agreed with the customer and provide weekly progress updates to management and the client.
- Work with Auto-discovery tool vendors to gather usage information for Cintra customers
- Produce formal written reports and analysis to an agreed standard clearly presenting findings and rationale for analysis
- Work with our Data Analysts to enable the customer to provide all the relevant license grant and usage data to agreed standards and templates
- Identify opportunities for additional work, license sales or consultancy, when in discussions with the customer
- Communicate Oracle’s licensing practices to both internal and external parties
- Prepare discovery findings for clients as reports and presentations
- Maintain contact with internal and external customers at all stages of the
- Assist client managers in closing possible review findings and achieving acceptance from customers
- Measure the usage of Oracle products using the relevant analytical tools and license metrics
**About You**:
- Expert working knowledge of SAM technical tools and processes
- Knowledge of usage and entitlement elements of Oracle licensing
- Ability to record, document and analyze usage data gathered from customers
- Ability to produce formal written review reports to agreed standards
- 3 or more years of Oracle Licensing experience
- Software contract knowledge (T&Cs)
- Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) accreditation would be a plus
- Microsoft licensing experience would be an asset
- Fluent Spanish speaker
- Fluency in Portuguese and English would be great
