**Health Supply 770, one of Florida's fastest-growing medical supplies companies, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Manager to join our team.** We pride ourselves on providing high-quality medical supplies and equipment, carefully selected by our experienced sales reps and warehouse staff with years of combined experience in the healthcare industry.

**Position Overview**:
As a Sourcing Manager specializing in medical supplies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient management of supplier relationships, product sourcing, pricing optimization, and overall supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will extend to team management, category-specific oversight, and contributing to the expansion of the business within the medical supplies domain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers to diversify the vendor base and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality medical supplies.
- **Sourcing and Procurement**:

- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with suppliers to optimize pricing and terms.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- **Pricing Optimization**:

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to optimize product pricing.
- Negotiate pricing agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maintain competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and sales, to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals.
- **Product Management**:

- Oversee the management of the product catalog, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with the sales department to provide product information and support deal closures.
- Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments based on market feedback.
- **Shipping and Logistics**:

- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping of medical supplies.
- Implement and optimize shipping strategies to improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Resolve any shipping-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and manage a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Assign and oversee team members' responsibilities based on product categories.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- **Business Expansion**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of business expansion strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and product categories for potential growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute expansion initiatives successfully.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationship management, preferably in the medical supplies industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of medical supplies, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
