**About the Role**:
As a Functional Senior Associate - SAP SD, you will make an impact by leading the implementation and optimization of SAP Sales and Distribution processes across Brazil and LATAM regions. You will be a valued member of the SAP Delivery Team, working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of Order to Cash processes.

**In this Role, You Will**:

- Lead SAP SD implementations and enhancements focused on Brazil and LATAM business requirements.
- Oversee the full SAP Standard Order to Cash cycle, ensuring integration and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify system improvements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide expert guidance and training to end-users and stakeholders.
- Support supply chain operations and ensure compliance with regional regulations and IT security standards.

**Work Model: Hybrid**:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring occasional presence in a Cognizant or client office in San Salvador, El Salvador. **What You Need to Have to Be Considered**:

- 8-12 years of experience in SAP SD, with a strong focus on Brazil and LATAM regions.
- Proven expertise in SAP Standard Order to Cash processes.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP SD implementation.
- Knowledge of IT Security principles and practices.
- Background in Supply Chain operations within the Consumer Goods sector.
