What this job involves
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Valuation & Consulting Analyst to join our team:
**Location**: Buenos Aires, Argentina.

**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

**Work model**: Hybrid.

**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term.

What is your day to day?Gather, verify and analyze client data, market data, and other external sources.
Conduct market surveys.
Estimate rent values, sale values and analyze highest and best use.
Produce commercial real estate valuation and consulting assessments which may include estimation of cash flow, discounted cash flow models, analyses of comparable sales and cost analyses.
Prepare client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and proposals, ensuring accuracy, quality, and professional standards.
Respond to internal and external client requests for data and insight.
Support the engagement team with research, client assessments, and qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop implementable strategies and recommendations.
**Required**: Student/Graduate in Economics, Finance, Architecture and related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and BI tools.
Knowledge of key themes impacting capital markets and investment real estate.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English.
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills, including strong organizational, data collection, validation, and auditing abilities.
Ability to multitask and effectively manage time and workload.
Ability to work well independently with mínimal supervision and to work collaboratively with others.
Proactive and initiative-driven.
