Senior Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As part of the support team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and resolving technical issues. You will be an integral part of the team supporting what was built by the Core team, working in a fast-paced and high-impact environment. This position requires a strong foundation in Linux, Bash scripting, and Python development, with a focus on troubleshooting, automation, and system optimization.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Deep knowledge of Linux and a strong understanding of underlying processes
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Proficient in Bash scripting and Python development
- Some experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- Experience in supporting and maintaining infrastructure in production environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Core team and other departments
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and write Bash scripts to automate processes and improve system efficiency
- Provide 1st line support for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization
- Collaborate with Core team to ensure smooth transitions and integrations
- Assist in maintaining system uptime and reliability through proactive monitoring
- Write and maintain internal documentation for processes and systems
- Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices for system management
