**Resumen de posición**:
Responsable de realizar el proceso E2E del proceso de selección de manera autónoma, desde reunión de alineación con el Hiring Manager y HRBP hasta el ingreso del nuevo colaborador.

**Un día en la vida de...**:

- Desarrollar el proceso de reclutamientos desde reunión de alineación con el negocio hasta el onboarding del nuevo ingreso.
- Identificar fuentes de reclutamiento (internas y externas), publicación de aviso, research, entrevistas.
- Acompañar al Hiring Manager en todo el proceso y alineando el perfil con las competencias de Nestlé.
- Participación y seguimiento de proyectos globales.
- Participación en ferias universitarias y eventos del área.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**:

- Graduados de carreras de Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración y/o carreras afines
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en reclutamiento
- Idioma inglés avanzado
- Conocimientos Power BI y Success Factors (no excluyente)
