We are looking for a **Chief Operating Officer** to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee our company's business operations and report to the CEO. You will ensure the company has effective operational and delivery procedures in place. You have strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. You will lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective.
**Do you have what it takes?**
- Five or more years of experience in the role or similar position, preferably in the IT Industry.
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
- Understanding of advanced business planning and delivery issues.
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.
- Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering is a preferred qualification.
**What you will do**
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
- Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short
- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO.
- Oversee operations, delivery, and partner with the CEO in sales management.
- Driving the company's operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
- Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.
- Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
- Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
- Collect and analyse data that enable accurate decision making
- Remove operational roadblocks in the company - letting people do what they've been hired for
- Manage and evaluate performance of internal teams
