**Public Policy Manager, Spanish Speaking South America Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring the Spanish Speaking South American political landscape and assessing risks and opportunities, including stakeholder mapping
- Design and execute policy strategies, engaging with key stakeholders
- Help to build adequate policy narratives and deliver them to stakeholders
- Build and develop rapport with key stakeholders
- Coordinate messaging policy agenda with internal XFNs
- Advise on strategic product and monetization decisions

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in law, political science, international affairs, or similar
- 7+ years of work experience, including experience managing high-profile policy campaigns and strategic outreach with diverse stakeholders within policy advocacy or in a government position
- Experience in internet technologies, security, privacy, content moderation, artificial intelligence and the surrounding policy environments
- Experience executing cross-functional campaigns
- Ability to work as part of a team and exercise good judgment and a sense of humor in a rapidly changing environment
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, native in Spanish, fluency and proficiency in English

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in related areas
- Experience working in Government and/or Civil Society organizations
- Experience in tech product counseling
