**ABOUT US**

Teamtown is a design service that provides graphic design and video editing to small/medium sized businesses, marketing agencies, marketing teams, and marketers all over the globe. Our customers pay a monthly subscription to get access to our team of rockstar designers. We provide a wide scope of design depending on the subscription the client chooses, including: print graphics, branding, digital graphics, web design (no code), illustrations, and more.

Our team is located across South America, Europe, and North America.

We’ve been delivering awesome designs since 2021, and after experiencing some exciting growth, we’re ready to bring on more designers to the team.

But that isn’t easy — finding reliable, cost-friendly, and talented designers is hard.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Motion Graphics Designer will work with a designated design team, QC manager, and design manager. They will be responsible for producing and delivering high-quality and impressive motion graphics based on design briefs filled out by the customer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review client creative briefs, and pose questions to your Project Manager if clarification is required. Provide feedback and recommendations if a modification to the brief could improve the design.
- Be available for design briefs for when they come in
- Review design briefs, ask questions to the design manager before starting on the design if any clarification is required.
- Provide suggestions and feedback if a change to the design brief could improve the design
- Converting, encoding, and editing graphics into a motion graphic
- Action and complete the motion graphic design requests efficiently, based on the design brief, and within the project timeline.
- Vigorously follow Teamtown’s internal processes and always ask for clarification as needed. Always remain in contact with the team to ensure all tasks are executed when and how they should.
- Strong communication skills in English, ability to understand complex instructions in English

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience as a working Motion Graphics Designer. Knowledgable and experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to execute basic video editing requests, such as TikTok style edits and editing short & raw footage.
- Knowledge and experience in other editing software (e.g. Cinema4D, Blender, and Character Animator) is preferable but not required
- Knowledge and experience in understanding brand style guidelines and foundational color theory
- Decisive, efficient, and good time management and coordination skills
- Professional, and a great communicator in our internal and external communications during shift operations.
- Ability to work and be available full time, Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time

**Salary**: $136,000.00 - $225,000.00 per month
