**Motion Designer / Editorial Lead**

**Location**: Buenos Aires, Argentina - Hybrid (2-3 days per week).

**Position Overview** - Motion Designer / Editorial Lead

Join our innovative agency as a Motion Graphic Designer / Editor Lead, creating exceptional motion graphics and video content. Collaborate with design and production teams, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with brand guidelines and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Creative Development**: Design engaging motion graphics and animations for digital, social media, and video platforms.
- **Project Management**: Lead projects from concept to delivery, managing schedules and resources for optimal output.
- **Collaboration**: Work with designers, producers, and copywriters to produce cohesive content. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control to meet brand standards, conducting reviews and providing team feedback.
- **Innovation and Efficiency**: Stay current with trends in motion graphics and video editing, introducing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- **Technical Expertise**: Utilize advanced software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) for high-quality production.
- **Mentorship**: Guide and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment.

**Qualifications**
- 5-7 years' experience in an advertising agency/consultancy.
- Extensive experience in motion graphics and video editing within a global brand or agency.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- AI tool management/prompting highly appreciated
- Understanding of brand guidelines and quality standards.
