**Overview**: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO, Google Ads (paid media), and social media management to optimize the digital presence of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- _Search Engine Optimization (SEO):_
- Conduct keyword research to identify target terms and phrases.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies to optimize website content for search engines.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO initiatives, such as link building and influencer outreach.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics.
- _Google Ads (Paid Media):_
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
- Conduct keyword analysis and optimize ad copy for maximum effectiveness.
- Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to achieve optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- _Social Media Management:_
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

- _Analytics and Reporting:_
