**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking a motivated, analytic and data oriented **Total Rewards Semi Senior** to join our People Team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in compensation and benefits, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to innovative reward strategies that align with our company culture and goals.

**What you'll do**:

- Support the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits packages.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure alignment of total rewards strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze compensation structures and provide recommendations for adjustments or improvements.
- Administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track and analyze key metrics related to total rewards.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to compensation and benefits with professionalism and confidentiality.

**What you'll need**:

- 2-4 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel; experience with Workday systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge in Power BI is a plus
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in compensation and benefits.
- Advanced level of English is a must
