**About the client**:
Our client is a leading digital marketing agency based in the USA. They are seeking a passionate Social Media Specialist to join their team.

**About the role**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
- Monitor social media trends, news, and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and changes to social media algorithms, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools and technologies, and recommend new tools and approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Position**: Social Media Specialist

**Remote Status**: Fully Remote

**Working Hours**: 9 AM - 6 PM EST

**Holidays**: US Local Holidays

**Salary**: USD 1200 - USD 1800
