**About Us**:
At KT Black, we specialize in building platforms that empower businesses and individuals within various communities. We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team in Juarez, Mexico, to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.

**Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:
**Facebook/Instagram/Linkedin/Tik Tok**
- Create engaging and relatable memes tailored to our audience.
- Post regularly on company pages with relevant and compelling content.
- Manage and boost ads using Facebook Ad Manager to maximize reach and engagement.
- Follow relevant companies and influencers to stay updated and build relationships.
- Engage with our audience by liking, commenting on posts, and responding to comments.
- Add and invite friends to expand our network.
- Share posts on targeted Facebook Groups.
- Research and curate articles and videos relevant to our industry.
- Write and post engaging content that resonates with professionals in the industry.
- Boost posts and run advertising campaigns using LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- Follow and interact with companies and influencers to foster community engagement.
- Actively comment and like posts, including our content and external industry-related posts.
- Grow our network by adding connections with personalized notes.
- Plan, create, and edit short-form TikTok videos to connect with our audience.
- Post consistently to grow our presence on TikTok.
- Follow companies and influencers for inspiration and community building.
- Like and comment on TikTok posts to encourage engagement and increase visibility.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and running ad campaigns.
- Proficient in Facebook Ad Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create memes and TikTok videos.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with followers and building relationships.
- Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in English is preferred.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $17,500.00 per month

Pay: Up to $800,000.00 per month
