Social Media Specialist - 0134 - Argentina Bionic Talent About the client : Our client is a leading digital marketing agency based in the USA. They are seeking a passionate Social Media Specialist to join their team. About the role : What you’ll be doing : Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic. Monitor social media trends, news, and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals and campaigns. Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and changes to social media algorithms, and adapt strategies accordingly. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools and technologies, and recommend new tools and approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and ability to think outside the box. Proficient in social media analytics tools. Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
