**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
PPM(Planning & Performance Management) main responsibilities:
- Manage annual people package budget for GHQ.
- Tracking and Monitoring of Monthly performance.
- Build monthly Forecast estimates.
- Supervise Office expenses (non payroll related).
- Track Area Key performance indicators
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- University Degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Accounting or similar)
- At least 2 year experience in similar positions. (Finance/Budgeting / Accounting)
- Advanced English.
- Advanced Excel.
- Power BI.
- SAP.
- Competencies: Curious, ambitious, bold and resilient. Analytics-driven decision making. People-centric mindset. Ownership.
