**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
To address customer requirements in SAP Success Factors for cross industries.
As SAP Consultant, will have to support current and upcoming SAP projects as well as key customers on their implementations of innovation products in SAP SSFF Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Compensation, Onboarding, and rest of SF suite components.
HCM payroll Background is nice to have to support our HCM customers in their migration to SAP Success Factors cloud solutions.
Build competencies at SAP to deliver solutions to Customers.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Bachelor’s in human resources, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
- Good domain experience.
- Good knowledge on SSFF integrations with HCM and SAP products.
- Good knowledge of Employee Central component.
- Good experience with full life cycle SSFF implementations. SAP HCM Payroll experience is nice to have.
- Knowledge on RM, RMK, Comp, Onb, P&G, LMS and other SSFF components is desirable.
- HCM line of businesses and processes knowledge is nice to have.
- Good knowledge on Brazilian Payroll, Argentinean or Mexican or Colombian is a plus.
- Good Presentation and communication skills.
- Good command on English language (Spanish is a plus).
- Experience in project management is desirable.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Gain expertise in SAP Success Factors.
- Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems.
- Delivering billable components that meets a customer’s needs.
