**Job Responsibilities
- Advising and supporting our customers in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects with a focus on Performance & Goals, Recruiting & Onboarding, Employee Central.
- Creating concepts for implementing customer requirements.
- Implement the requirements in the system.
- Take part in customer workshops & demos.
- Work with project management and development. Contribute to the professional development of the team and promote knowledge transfer.

**Basic Qualifications
- Project experience and certification are desired in the following modules:

- Recruiting. **(RCM)**:

- Onboarding **. (ONB)**:

- Learning **(LMS)**:

- Performance and Goals.( **PMGM)**:

- Employee Central.( **EC)**:

- Deep understanding technical HR processes.
- Fluency in English Bonus Skills: Familiarity with SAP BTP and/or SAP Work Zone is a bonus, as well as existing customer relationships.
