**About You**

**What you'll do and how you'll have an impact**
- Lead a team of developers in the development and maintenance of web properties for the Marketing organization within AppDirect.
- Build component library and design system with the Design/Brand teams.
- Execute on development work alongside your team.
- Work collaboratively with our Developer Operations and Platform Engineering teams to adopt emerging technologies and company infrastructure.
- Guide decision-making by simplifying technical challenges for non-technical coworkers.
- Collaborate with Design, Brand, Demand Gen, and Web Marketing teams to influence project planning and execution.
- Set priorities and processes for your team to stay organized and keep stakeholders in the loop.
- Consult on various front-end or marketing-adjacent projects across the company.

**What we're looking for**
- Experience with people management or formal mentorship relationships.
- Experience balancing competing priorities and making decisive decisions that guide the team to success.
- You leverage data in your decision making and can interpret it for stakeholders.
- At least 6 years experience with front-end development.
- Familiarity with common project management tools like Jira or Monday.
- A passion for building high quality codebases and architecting systems with efficiency, scale, and maintainability in mind.
- You're experienced producing designs from common graphic design software.
- You have high standards for writing efficient, semantic, and accessible HTML, mobile-first CSS built with great tools like Sass.
- You have experience with a frontend JavaScript framework like React. Functional knowledge of PHP, GraphQL, Sass, and CSS Modules. Experience with CraftCMS, Strapi, or other headless content management systems.
- You have a commitment to QA and experience in cross-browser and accessibility testing.
- You love collaborating with designers and other stakeholders. You are proactive in following up to push the project forward and ensure the final product aligns with their vision and goals.
- You have a GitHub, Quora, or StackOverflow account that demonstrates what you love to do.
