**Misión del puesto**:
Liderará el planeamiento de la estrategia comercial con el objetivo de potenciar el posicionamiento y desarrollo de las soluciones de la compañía en cada una de sus verticales. Analizará el comportamiento y la segmentación de los clientes para identificar insights y patrones de comportamiento que permitan construir planes de acción con las diferentes áreas estratégicas del negocio.

**Principales desafíos**:
Aportar información relevante y herramientas de gestión a las verticales de negocio para identificar oportunidades y anticipar desvíos.
Planificar, coordinar y hacer seguimiento de indicadores correspondientes al área de Sales & Marketing.
Definir los dashboards para el correcto seguimiento de los KPI's de las verticales de negocio.
Fomentar la construcción de una cultura de trabajo data driven.
Interactuar constantemente con los equipos de Finanzas (Controlling, etc.) y áreas Comerciales (Clientes y Comercios) para participar de los procesos de Budget y Plan Estratégico de la compañía.

**Principales conocimientos/habilidades**:
Experiência de 3 a 6 años en posiciones de control de gestión y análisis de negocio.
Estudiante avanzado o recibido de carreras como Administración de Empresas, Economía o afines.
Nível de inglés Intermedio/ Avanzado tanto oral como escrito.
Excelente manejo de Excel y herramientas para la manipulación de datos (Tableau, Power BI, entre otras).
Perfil analítico, adaptable al cambio y orientado al relacionamiento con el cliente.
Capacidad para desenvolverse en un contexto de innovación digital.
