**Our Proposal**

We are looking for a **Lead **QA Automation Engineer (Backend focus - Ruby / RoR)** - We have a proven model, a novel offer, demonstrated product-market-fit, ample runway, and a deep product pipeline. **We play in a massive opportunity space, and this role will have an outsized impact on our ability to scale by helping us to build a solid foundation for future growth. You will join a Team of 5 QAs.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Test planning - identifying risks, mitigation planning, setting acceptance criteria
- Test automation for backend using Ruby, RSpec
- Acceptance testing
- Exploratory testing
- Fuzz testing

**It can be a perfect match if you have**:

- **English conversacional**:

- 2+ years of **t**est automation experience for backend** using** Ruby/RSpec**:

- +4 years experience in **QA Automation** role in a commercial delivery environment
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies and techniques
- Ability to analyze product requirements and** translate them into comprehensive test cases**:

- Ability to collaborate and coordinate within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Ability to wear multiple hats and multitask effectively

**It would also be a plus if you**:

- Experience working in **Banking, Finance, or a FinTech organization**:

- Experience within a **start-up or scale-up**:

- Experience within a** product-focused environment**
