**The Job - QA Automation Engineer**

To support this, Fluid is searching for a QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in automated testing to join our engineering team. You will work directly with our QA, dev, and product teams and the employees using our software to help shape the future of our company.

**Responsibilities**

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to develop test requirements, test plans, and record/write automated tests to ensure we continue to deliver stable enterprise software products that delight our users.
- Help refine and execute Fluid Truck’s product vision and automated testing strategy.- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to delivery value for our users
- Create and maintain JIRA tickets that cover test script development, ensuring they are linked to related user stories
- Participate in Agile-related team meetings, including planning events, daily Scrum/Kanban check-ins, product demonstrations, and retrospectives

**Requirements**:**
Qualifications**

At a minimum we’d like you to have:

- A BA/BS degree in information systems, computer science, informatics, technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of software QA experience
- 2+ years of automation testing experience
- A passion for giving users a polished, highly usable, and stable experience
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or other web automation tools
- Experience with API testing and tools like Postman
- Git/Bitbucket or similar tool experience for code version control
- Experience using JIRA or other similar ALM tool for tracking work and defect management

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Browserstack and iOS/Android testing
- Experience with TestProject, Katalon Studio, CloudQA, or other Codeless Testing Tool
- Experience with databases and using SQL to write queries
