About the role : As QA Lead you will define and execute the QA strategy across web, mobile (Flutter), and backend systems. Key responsibilities include leading test planning , guiding QA Analysts in test case design and defect reporting, and ensuring rigorous standards in test documentation and traceability. You will own the defect lifecycle, drive root‑cause analysis, and collaborate cross‑functionally to prevent defects early. Continuous improvement of QA workflows, tooling, and documentation is expected, along with fostering a culture of quality, knowledge sharing, and proactive issue detection.
