**Requirements**:
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using SOAP & REST APIs.
- Work on ITBM, ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration), CSM, Portal, ATF, CSDM, etc.
- Configure Agent Workspace for ITSM and CSM.
- Customize Service Portal, CMS using widget editor tool, and provide support.
- Implement CSM and ITSM best practices.
- Gather Systems Requirements Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation, and Documentation.
- Develop in ServiceNow from scratch using Agile methods.
- Integrate with third-party tools like Remedy, OPAS, Boomi, Webservers, etc.
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) based on ITIL best practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development.
- Strong understanding of SOAP and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Ability to gather and analyze system requirements.
- Agile development experience.
- Integration expertise with third-party tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
