**Responsibilities**:

- Technical proficiency and governance of all aspects of security and ITSM within the ServiceNow platform, along with thought leadership and counsel to the Platform Owner
- Partner with business teams, Enterprise Architects, ServiceNow Technical Leads and IT to ensure compliance and governance with enterprise architecture and security standards
- Alignment to established security strategy, security plan and detailed view, while leading the design and implementation of new and improved solutions
- Ensure that the principle of appropriate privilege is applied for the ServiceNow solution
- Oversee the execution of processes for security reviews and audits
- Manage and oversee security awareness training for the ServiceNow team
- Provides and ensures effective impact analysis of platform changes, with consistency and conformance to Standard Operating Procedures for architecture, security, data, integrations and processes
- Stays current on ServiceNow products, security and applicable integrated technologies

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experienced ServiceNow Developer preferably with knowledge of ITAM, IRM, SecOps, CSM, or ITBM

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Experience in working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS preferred

High School Diploma/GED

Bachelor's Degree
