**What the day will look like**
- Partner with managers on recruitment needs relative to South Cone positions covering Sales, Account Executives, Brokers and operational roles;
- Create and execute effective sourcing strategies;
- Promotion of diversity and inclusion in the process of recruiting and promoting internal talent to enhance employees;
- Ensuring best recruitment practices, changing trends and strategic sourcing methodologies; Development and monitoring of projects for the area;
- Leverage technology and internal sourcing solutions, as needed;
- Utilize internal and external data and analytics to consult and communicate effectively with clients;

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- _
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience preferred;_
- _ English is mandatory;_
- _ Full life cycle recruiting experience;_
- _ Strong consultation skills, preferably in a services environment;_
- _ Competency with MS office, experience with various ATS and Workday systems;_
- _ Ability to collaborate with multiple stake holders and successfully navigate a matrixed organization;_
- _ Ability to interact with all levels within the organization;_
- _ Knowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing skills and other assessment techniques;_
- _ Desire to learn and display Aon’s values, including operating with integrity and displaying commitment to our clients, colleagues and community._
