**Your mission as our Graphic Designer**

This is an exciting opportunity to push your creative career alongside our experienced Lead Designer who will mentor you in crafting high-impact marketing visuals and campaign assets. While focusing on core design skills and advertising excellence, you'll also have the chance to bring your additional skills (like motion design) to enhance our marketing efforts. This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about creative design who wants to make an impact while growing in a fast-paced marketing environment.

**You will be working on**:

- CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.
- HypeDrop — a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Create eye-catching visual assets for marketing campaigns that drive real results
- Design cohesive marketing materials across multiple platforms and formats
- Support rapid campaign iteration with fresh design variations for A/B testing
- Help maintain and evolve our brand identity across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise campaign performance
- Learn industry best practices while developing your creative toolkit
- Transform campaign briefs into visually compelling stories
- Opportunity to pioneer motion design initiatives for our brands

**Requirements**:
**You will thrive in this role if you have**:

- A portfolio showcasing strong digital design work, especially advertising
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of After Effects or similar motion design tools
- Basic animation principles and motion design capabilities
- Sharp eye for typography, color theory, and composition
- Understanding of digital advertising specifications and requirements
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to feedback
- Passion for creating high-performing creative work

**It will be good if you have**:

- Experience with advanced motion graphics techniques
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with 3D design tools
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
- Gaming or e-commerce industry experience
- Knowledge of advertising performance metrics
- Experience with design for multiple ad platforms
