We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong design experience to produce engaging visual content for both digital and print formats.

You’ll be designing for Super Speciosa — a leading kratom brand committed to delivering the highest quality, lab-tested products made from pure kratom leaf. We serve a growing community of customers who rely on us for transparency, consistency, and trust. Our brand combines a premium, trustworthy aesthetic with an approachable, consumer-friendly tone, helping educate and empower people to make confident choices about kratom.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional departments to deliver high-quality creative work that supports brand and business goals, maintains consistency, and contributes to the development of new concepts.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and align with campaign objectives.
- Support concept development by contributing visual ideas and creative direction.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and external teams to develop and finalize creative assets.
- Edit and retouch images, including color correction, background cleanup, and resizing.
- Prepare and export final design files for both print and digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content and marketing channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Participate in weekly creative reviews and provide updates on ongoing design work.

**Requirements**:

- Be available to work during Eastern hours (9 AM to 1 PM EST), Monday through Friday
- 3-5 years of marketing/design experience across multichannel platforms with an e-commerce brand is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in the supplement, cannabis, or kratom industry is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work
- Proven prior experience as a graphic designer or similar creative role
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Replo, Canva and other design platforms.
- Experience in Generative AI is a plus
- Extensive knowledge & experience of graphic design, print production, and digital asset workflows
- Experience with short and long format video editing is a plus
- Social Media exprience is a plus
- Web/landing page design experience; UX/UI knowledge is a plus
- Excellent listening, prioritization, and project management skills
- Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling
