**The Role**:
We are on the lookout for a **freelance IT recruiter** with experience in talent acquisition for IT profiles to join our dynamic team

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Sourcing**: Identify and recruit IT professionals for various technical roles. Manage the full recruitment cycle.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years** of experience in IT recruitment.
- **Advanced English proficiency.**:

- Experience with recruitment tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- **Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.**
