Our clients are global brands like Audible, Squarespace, Skillshare and Function of Beauty. We work with thousands of content creators across the world like Binging with Babish, Zoella, Ben Foster, Emma Chamberlain and Nico Rosberg.
The majority of our clients are based in the USA, and we're proud to be able to help them through our wonderful team of 40 employees based mainly across Ireland.
We have the potential to support Independent Content Creators to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars over the coming years, and we're looking for a Campaign Coordinator to help us on our journey.
In this role, you will help the team to run campaigns outside of ‘office hours’ - which is GMT. As noted, the bulk of our clients (and creators) are operating on a different timezone to us.
Work Hours
5 - 11 pm GMT Weekday
Weekends (dependent on business needs), up to eight hours
You will:
Run influencer campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok when most of the team aren’t online. That involves, but isn’t limited to:
Reviewing content submitted for approval and ensuring it’s to the standard we/our clients expect based on the brief we gave the content creator
Ensuring that campaigns go live when they are expected to - monitoring campaigns as they’re published to ensure there are no errors
Maintain and update information on our dashboards to reflect any progress or developments across our client’s campaigns
Report to your manager and the campaigns team at the end of your day on progress made outside of office hours.
About You
Ideally, at least 1 year of experience operating in a remote-based role
Ideally, at least 1 year working on a customer service or support team
Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations and manage a fluctuating workload effectively
Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
A general interest in content creators and platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Podcasts
