**Summary**

The Regional Manager has strategic responsibilities for managing mobility operations within their assigned region. Typically has a minimum of 10-12 years of immigration experience, with significant experience as in establishing the immigration process in 2 countries or more.

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment
- Provide detailed and accurate reporting to the Associate Director on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning
- Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and OKRs
- Overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including negotiation of job offers.
- Conducting regular performance review and providing feedback to Team Leaders.
- Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions.
- Assisting with compliance and risk management activities related day to day operations.

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in global immigration or mobility operations, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish languages.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration regulations and processes across key regions
- Proven ability to develop and implement regional immigration strategies aligned with business goals and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with corporate immigration policies, global mobility frameworks, and vendor management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience advising senior leadership and collaborating with legal, HR, and compliance teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
