**What will be your mission?**:
As **Shift Leader F&B**, yo will rresposible for supervising and coordinating daily service operations in the dining room, ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer service, and operational efficiency, acting as a liaison between the waiter team and the Maitre.

**What will you do?**:

- Coordinate and supervise the waiter team during assigned shifts.
- Ensure the correct execution of service in the dining room, bar, and events.
- Support the Head of Room in the implementation of standards and operational procedures.
- Supervise the 'mise en place' and the assembly/disassembly of tables and rooms.
- Attend to and resolve operational incidents during the shift.
- Support in the service training of new or developing staff.
- Perform cash closures and consumption control during the shift.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Actively participate in the service, attending key tables when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental management policies.
- Report to the Head of Room on incidents, team performance, and improvement opportunities.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Minimum 1 year as a waiter with experience in team leadership or similar functions.
- Education in Hospitality and Tourism or related fields.
- Knowledge in event setups and dining room service.
- Management of cash and POS systems.
- Advanced English. Other languages are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Basic knowledge of order processing and merchandise stock management.
