**Job Title**: Virtual Assistant - Recruitment and HR Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Draft and customize offer letters for new hires using pre-approved templates.
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and training materials are completed.
**Employee Engagement and Retention**:
- Plan and execute weekly employee engagement activities and quarterly team-building events.
- Draft and manage communication for employee recognition programs, such as Employee of the Month.
- Conduct stay interviews and gather feedback to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
**HR Administration and Reporting**:
- Update and maintain employee records in HR systems.
- Prepare monthly HR and recruitment reports, including metrics like time-to-hire, retention rates, and employee satisfaction scores.
- Review monthly commission reports for accuracy and address discrepancies.
**Process Improvement and Automation**:
- Identify and implement automation opportunities in HR workflows, such as recruitment pipelines or onboarding processes.
- Document and optimize HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
**Performance and Training**:
- Create and execute performance evaluation templates in collaboration with managers.
- Support employee development by creating training calendars and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or related fields.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in tools like GoHighLevel (GHL), Asana, Slack, and ATS systems. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
