Product Analyst

We believe product analysis is a cornerstone in the development process of our highly configurable platform. Focusing on our portal-based products (but never losing sight of the solutions as a whole), our Internal Portal Services Product Analysts translate use cases to functional documentation through a detailed analysis of possible scenarios.**Your challenges and objectives**:

- Be the main point of contact (internally and externally) for the functional aspects of our internal portal services.
- Understand your different audiences (business-oriented and technical) and be an efficient communicator.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our solutions suite and our platform.

**Your day-to-day activities**:

- Carry out the functional definition of our portal-based products in a cycle that includes research, viability analysis, proposal, validation, and iteration.
- Gather commercial, business, and technical input, and generate a product proposal, working with UX designers and configuration analysts if needed.
- Assure feasibility, identify functionality gaps, and route them through the development request process.
- Iterate over the product, based on the release of new features and internal partner input.
- Generate documentation to ensure correct design/development and further implementation, testing, automation, and maintenance.

**About you**:

- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Enthusiastic about understanding and analyzing complex problems.
- Eager to find solutions for those problems by seeing a broader picture and connecting the dots.
- Excellent communicator.
- Programming skills in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, along with knowledge of UX methodologies, are a plus.
- Background and experience in industrial, graphic or multimedia design.
