We are looking for an energetic and resourceful Virtual Manager to our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Financial Oversight: Manage all financial transactions, including bookkeeping and payroll, in accordance with company policies.
- Team Management: Oversee virtual teams, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to procedures.
- Inventory Coordination: Organize and handle the overall inventory, including ensuring quality, organization, handling problems promptly with auction partners and finalization.
- Customer and Vendor Liaison: Act as a key contact for customers and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Sales and Compliance: Manage the sales process and actively participate in business growth initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes and guidelines, creating a consistent and efficient workflow.
- Process Development: Develop, document, and enforce company-wide procedures and processes to support the ongoing success of the business.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in management, preferably in a virtual environment.
- Education: Associates degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting, customer service, process management.
- Advanced level of english.
- Typing at least 45 Words Per Minute.
- QuickBooks online experience
- Personal Traits: Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, alignment with company's growth and innovation goals.
- Must possess your own laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications:Processor: Core i5 or higher
RAM: 8GB or higher
- Must have a reliable internet connection
- A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background.
- Ability to work from 10 am to 7 pm M-F Buenos Aires time.
