Office Manager WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN OFFICE MANAGER 100% REMOTE. We are looking for a person who is willing to learn and grow professionally in the company, we will provide the person with challenges that will propel your career to the next level. Responsibilities Maintain and organize medical records, files, and documents in a confidential manner. Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients with the appropriate specialist offices, as well as reminders and follow-up. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and administrative documents. Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure effective communication. Manage physician referrals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience as an administrative secretary, preferably in healthcare settings. Basic knowledge of medical terms and administrative procedures in the health sector. Advanced office software skills (Microsoft Office, medical management systems, etc.). Excellent organizational, communication (English and Spanish) and attention to detail skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Respect for confidentiality and professional ethics. Diplomacy and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and medical staff.
