We are currently hiring **Sales Representatives** based in **Cordoba, Argentina**. In this role, you will engage with U.S. authors and promote our innovative publishing solutions.

**What You Will Do**:

- Present Spines' services and solutions effectively, highlighting benefits and success stories.
- Handle inquiries and provide information on our offerings, ensuring a stellar customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve closing rates.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably dealing with international clients.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Passion for the publishing industry and understanding of author needs is a plus.
