**The Work You'll Do**:
This is a great role for folks who have a technical background but want to take that next step in their career. This role offers the ability to learn new and complex problem-solving hacks all while working on a team of all-stars that are there to help you out whenever you need it. You'll get the tools necessary to grow into higher and complex next roles that will help our customers with the most difficult of issues or grow into other departments within Sovos
- More specifically you will:_
- Assist clients with data file imports as well as the creation of custom reports of their information
- Provide training and guidance to clients as well as internal staff for our products and services
- Troubleshoot the creation and modification of more complex client tax forms (NOTE: tax industry background is not required)
- Interact and help with clients, internal and external regarding their issues including status updates, training, and issue resolution
- Assist other members of team with client outreach projects throughout the year
**What We Need From You**
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and actively manage tasks to completion
- Ability to speak to hold clear conversations with clients in English
- High comfort level using Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Great team player who is passionate about technology and helping others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - this role does involve talking to users
