**What’s the opportunity?**

As our Regional Accounting Lead, you will join our Regional Accounting team focused on Argentina. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the local entities.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Planning and supervising the reconciliations, account analysis, reporting, and controlling accounting operations in Argentina.
- Overseeing accounts payable, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and expense and budget tracking for the region.
- Attending external auditor's requirements and providing supporting information for Tax presentations.
- Providing insights and recommendations for improvement and/or new processes to management with a thorough analysis.
- Managing financial controls, Accounting registrations, and structuring its guidelines.
- Completion of parent organization monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages.

**What skills do you need?**:

- Bachelor of Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field.
- +5 years experience in Accounting, working with consolidations, subsidiaries, and international offices.
- Solid knowledge of banking processes and financial data analysis.
- Experience with Argentina Tax regulations and payroll reports.
- Experience with ERPs, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.
- Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS.
- Ability to quickly prioritize in a constantly evolving environment.
- Familiarity with Group-level reporting packages.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
